Zenowa Pte. Ltd. may assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice to you. You may not assign this Agreement, or assign, transfer or sublicense your rights, if any, in the Zenowa Pte. Ltd. Web Sites. Except as expressly stated herein, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Zenowa Pte. Ltd. with respect to the Zenowa Pte. Ltd. Web Sites and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and Zenowa Pte. Ltd. with respect to the Zenowa Pte. Ltd. Web Sites. The section titles in the Agreement are solely used for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance.

TIME LIMITATION ON YOUR CLAIM

1. YOU AND Zenowa Pte. Ltd. AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE Zenowa Pte. Ltd. WEB SITES MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

ENFORCEMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Show Alerts

Users may decide they want to text message and/or email updates for shows and/or the addition of new shows. These alerts may be set from your "Settings" page as well as other Show-Link.TV pages. From your "Settings" page you may also update the cell phone number you want text message alerts to be sent.

Sharing Links

If a user decides to use our "Share Link..." option to invite a friend to view our site, we ask them for the friend's e-mail address. Show-Links.TV will automatically send the friend an e-mail inviting them to view the site. Show-Links.TV stores this e-mail address for the purpose of sending reminders of the invitation to view a link. Show-Links.TV does not sell these e-mail addresses or use them to send any other communication besides invitations and invitation reminders. The friend may contact Show-Links.TV to request the removal of this information from our database.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
